What you share

Our request form collects your name, email, city/region and country, item budget, sourcing brief, optional preferences, measurements, condition tolerance, pickup radius and postal code, inspiration links, and optional deadline. We also collect an optional referral answer, a random request reference, and non-personal campaign/source labels when present in the link you followed. We use this information to assess your request, reply, and provide the service.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website provider, Netlify, and may be forwarded to our business inbox. Netlify also processes technical request information for hosting and spam prevention. See Netlify's privacy policy.

When you follow a shopping link, you visit another site's service, with its own privacy and purchase terms. We do not collect payment-card details through the request form. After accepting a brief, we send a Stripe-hosted payment link. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its privacy policy. We use payment status and your request reference to reconcile your accepted service.

Keep the brief practical

Please don't submit diagnoses, payment details, street addresses, passwords, or other sensitive information. Describe the product features you need instead. Share only inspiration links you are comfortable having us access.

Measurement

The site does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics. We use hosting request totals and form records to assess demand. The form stores source and campaign labels, not your full browsing history. A temporary request reference is held in this tab’s session storage and submitted with your brief; it is not used to track you across websites.

Your choices

Sending a sourcing request does not subscribe you to marketing. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you've shared; some transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
