Mindful Edits is a personal sourcing service from Mindful Innovations, LLC. Contact: hello@mindfulin.com.

Your $49 edit

The USD $49 fee covers research and a shortlist of five listings for one focused brief. We confirm scope and feasibility by email before payment. Larger projects require a separate quote. Research begins after acceptance and payment; delivery is within three business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We confirm a delivery date before research starts. If five suitable options aren't feasible, we'll discuss a revised scope before accepting the brief.

Purchasing and availability

You purchase items directly from the original seller. Item prices, shipping, marketplace fees, and taxes are separate. Listings and prices may change and are not reserved. Seller descriptions and photos inform our research; we do not physically inspect, authenticate, or guarantee items. Confirm measurements, condition, authenticity, shipping, and returns with the seller before buying.

Replacements

If a selected listing sells, request up to two replacement links within seven days of receiving your edit. Exact matches are not guaranteed. A replacement covers a sold listing, not a new style direction or changed brief. We research replacements within two business days of an eligible request, or contact you if no suitable alternative can be found. Other revisions or changes to the accepted brief may require a new quote.

Cancellations and problems

You may cancel for a full service-fee refund before research starts. Once research starts, contact us promptly. We assess the research already completed against the agreed scope and explain any partial refund in writing. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. No cancellation fee applies before research starts. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we'll offer a revised scope for your agreement or refund the undelivered service. Item disputes and returns are handled through the original seller and marketplace.

Comfort and function

We source around the preferences and measurements you provide. This service does not include clinical advice, safety certification, architectural plans, or building-code assessments.
