Item purchases, shipping, taxes, and marketplace fees are separate. Listings aren't reserved. Entire wardrobes, rooms, rare-item hunts, and business projects need a custom quote.

I'll reply within two business days and confirm the scope, availability of the service, and whether your budget is workable.

Accept and pay

Once we agree on the brief, I'll send a secure Stripe payment link and your request reference. Research starts after payment is confirmed.

Receive and choose

Your edit arrives within three business days. Purchase directly from sellers; ask for eligible sold-listing replacements within seven days.

Business days are Monday–Friday, Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We confirm a delivery date before starting.

What if a listing sells?

Secondhand stock moves quickly. Your edit includes up to two replacement links, requested within seven days of delivery. Exact items, brands, or matches cannot be guaranteed.

Can you work with a small shopping budget?

Yes, send your budget and goal. I'll check whether the brief is realistic before accepting payment. The service fee is separate, so consider whether the time saved is worthwhile for your purchase.
